My career began with vocational training in office administration. I later worked in bookkeeping, finance and HR in several organizations and continued my professional education throughout. I do not regard a management position or qualification as a final destination. Lifelong learning is a professional and personal principle for me.
A major one. Requirements, software and working methods keep changing. We therefore maintain current expertise, take part in professional development and assess new tools carefully before translating them into practical solutions for customers.
Balance does not happen automatically. Family, exercise and deliberate time away from work help me recharge. Successful professional development must not come at the long-term expense of health.
Yes. Reliable performance requires working conditions in which responsibility, recovery and individual circumstances can coexist. This is part of healthy and sustainable cooperation, not an optional extra.
For us, sustainability begins with sound decisions and structures that remain viable over time. It includes digital collaboration instead of unnecessary travel, conscious use of resources and long-term support for local social initiatives.
We prefer projects with clear responsibility, reliable partners and lasting structures. Reading promotion is one example: it improves access to education, confidence and participation. Impact comes from continuous work, not from isolated campaigns.
We pursue genuine partnerships with schools, educational institutions, businesses and committed individuals. Responsibilities and contributions must be transparent, and the results must be useful to the community.
